Freediving has completely transformed my life. After just one year of training, I competed at the World Championships. Today, I dive to 60 meters and can hold my breath for nearly 6 minutes. But for me, it’s more than just numbers, it’s a discipline that combines sport, meditation, and mental strength.
My achievements and dedication make me a recognized figure in the freediving community, both as an athlete and as an ambassador for the sport. As a co-founder of Quest Freediving in Warsaw, I actively grow the freediving community, organize workshops, and inspire others to explore this incredible discipline.

My biggest achievements include finishing 5th at the Polish Championships just 3 months after starting training, joining the national team less than a year later, and competing at the World Championships. I began freediving 2 years ago and have been continuously improving my results.
