I'm a passionate lifter who puts in the work day in and day out. Not only in the gym lifting heavy but fuelling my body and recovering correctly so that I can perform at my best out on that platform. I understand the process and am in this sport for the long run, I believe there are no shortcuts to success nor is there luck, it is pure hard work and determination that gets you to that place.
